These Terms & Conditions govern your use of True Home Payment. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. In these Terms, "True Home Payment" refers to True Home Payment LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

3) Third-Party Relationship Disclosure

We are an independent lead generation and marketing platform and are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, loan servicer, or real estate agent.

We may connect users with third-party service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, rates, decisions, communications, conduct, content, privacy practices, or outcomes.

4) Consent to Contact

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by us and our partners by phone calls, SMS/text messages, prerecorded or artificial voice calls, and email marketing communications, including communications that may use automated technology. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

5) Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and True Home Payment agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not through jury trial or class action proceedings. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless both parties mutually agree to use JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in New Jersey, unless both parties mutually agree to a video or phone proceeding. You and True Home Payment waive the right to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@truehomepayment.com within 30 days of your first use of the website, with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and True Home Payment LLC regarding use of this site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.

This site is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Users accessing the site from outside the United States do so at their own risk.

6) Limitation of Liability
