True Home Payment LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"), collects and uses personal information through our website, calculator tools, and lead forms. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and your privacy choices and rights.

1) Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers and contact data, including name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code or location.
  • Mortgage and property-related data, including property details, estimated loan amount, buying/refinance interest, and other form responses.
  • Technical and device data, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referral URL.
  • Cookie, pixel, and tracking data, including cookie IDs, session identifiers, and ad/measurement identifiers.

2) Why We Collect Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide mortgage payment estimates, reports, and related tools.
  • Connect users with mortgage professionals, brokers, lenders, and related services.
  • Operate marketing, analytics, and campaign measurement activities.
  • Improve site performance, user experience, and service quality.
  • Support remarketing, retargeting, and advertising personalization.
  • Detect fraud, enforce our policies, and protect the security of our systems.

3) Lead Sharing and Transfer Disclosure

By submitting your information, you agree that we may share, sell, license, or otherwise transfer your information to mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, and service or marketing partners who may contact you regarding mortgage-related products and services.

Depending on applicable law, this type of lead transfer may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

4) Calls, Texts, and TCPA Consent

If you submit your phone number through our forms, you consent to be contacted by us and our partners via phone call and text message, including by automated dialing technology and prerecorded messages, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

This policy language is supplemental to any on-form disclosures shown at the time of submission.

5) Cookies, Analytics, and Ad Tracking

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Session tracking and core website functionality.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Advertising and remarketing tools such as Meta/Facebook Pixel.
  • Ad attribution, campaign performance measurement, and audience retargeting.

6) State Privacy Rights

7) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These safeguards include HTTPS encryption in transit, secure storage controls, and limiting data access to personnel and partners with a legitimate business need.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards designed to reduce risk.

8) Data Retention Periods

We retain personal information by category as follows:

  • Lead contact data (name, phone, email): retained up to 4 years from date of collection or until opt-out request is processed.
  • Analytics and session data: retained for 14 months.
  • Consent records (including TCPA/SMS and related proof artifacts): retained for 5 years.

9) Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law, including within 60 days for New Jersey residents, consistent with N.J.S.A. 56:8-161 et seq.

10) GLBA Notice and Financial Privacy

True Home Payment collects consumer financial-related information for mortgage lead-generation and educational services. We are assessing applicability of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), including the FTC Privacy Rule (16 CFR Part 313) and Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314), with legal counsel.

If GLBA applies to specific data flows, our point-of-collection and confirmation disclosures will include categories of nonpublic personal information collected, categories of third parties receiving disclosures, available methods to limit disclosures where applicable, and confidentiality/security practices.

11) Privacy Requests and Contact

Submit requests through our State Privacy Rights Request Form for tracked intake and response management. You may also email requests using the contact below.

To request deletion of your personal information, email info@truehomepayment.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process verified requests within 45 days.
