SMS Terms

Program name: True Home Payment Mortgage Alerts Program.

1) Explicit Written Consent

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from True Home Payment and its partners at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent checkboxes are not prechecked and require an affirmative action by the user.

2) Message Types and Disclosures

Messages may include, for example:

  • Mortgage payment report notifications and follow-up reminders.
  • Mortgage rate update alerts and market update notices.
  • Lender or broker follow-up coordination messages after lead submission.
  • Service-related support and request-status updates.
  • Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.

3) STOP and HELP Data Handling

If you reply STOP, we will stop SMS messages to that number and remove your number from our SMS communications list within 24 hours, subject to normal system processing windows. You may receive a final confirmation text confirming the opt-out. If you reply HELP, we will provide support information and next steps.

When you reply STOP, your phone number will be removed from our SMS marketing list within 24 hours. Note that opting out of SMS does not automatically remove your information from other communication channels or from our lead distribution systems. To opt out of all communications, contact info@truehomepayment.com.

4) Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5) Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Supported Carriers

SMS support is generally available on major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary by carrier, location, device, and network conditions.

7) Privacy

8) CTIA Compliance

Our SMS program is intended to operate in alignment with applicable carrier messaging requirements and CTIA messaging principles, as they may be updated from time to time.
