1) What We Are and Are Not

TrueHomePayment.com is a marketing and lead generation service that connects consumers with third-party mortgage professionals.

True Home Payment is not:

  • A mortgage lender.
  • A mortgage broker.
  • A loan originator.
  • A loan servicer.
  • A financial advisor.

2) What We Do Not Do

We do not:

  • Make credit decisions.
  • Issue or fund loans.
  • Guarantee loan approvals, rates, terms, or underwriting outcomes.

3) Third-Party Services

Any mortgage products, lending decisions, approvals, denials, and loan terms are determined solely by third-party lenders, brokers, and related service providers. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, communications, or services.

4) State Availability

Lead availability and partner coverage are currently limited by geography. At this time, True Home Payment is focused on New Jersey (NJ). Additional states may be added over time.

5) NMLS Clarification

True Home Payment does not claim to hold a Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) mortgage license and does not present itself as an NMLS-licensed lender, broker, or loan originator.

References to estimates, calculators, or educational resources on this website are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an offer to lend, approval decision, or brokerage representation.

True Home Payment operates as an independent marketing service and receives fees from participating lenders for connecting consumers with mortgage-related services. These fees are paid for marketing and lead generation services, not as referral fees for the settlement services themselves. True Home Payment has no ownership interest in any participating lender or broker and does not make lending or brokerage decisions. Consumers are not required to use any particular lender and are encouraged to compare offers.
